
Yoga for Gardeners

Gardeners love springtime, and although our hearts are eager to play in the dirt, our bodies may remind us of muscles and joints we haven’t used in the same way over the long winter. Join us as we look at how yoga can help us warm up before, take breaks during, and stretch and strengthen after gardening. We will end with a gentle flowing yoga practice with options for chair or mat that will leave you ready to get outside and play!
